The company is deploying its EPS products in real estate development and is currently developing the 620 housing units known as Alpha 3 D Estate in Akure.
Our future plan is to produce FLOATING HOMES at the Riverine Area of the state and participate in the housing programmes of OSOPADEC, NDDC and the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs.

The Estate offers varieties of house types including two-bedroom and three-bedroom bungalows, in a gated expanse of land and adequately serviced with amenities such as school, recreational Centre, hotel and green areas.

COMPANY PROFILE
ALPHA 3D LTD is an incorporated company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act with Certificate of Incorporation No RC 435029 on November 19, 2001.
At Incorporation, it was fully owned by the Ondo State Government. In March 2011 when the factory was commissioned for the first time by the state government, it divested 30% of its shares to Messrs. Citec International Estates Limited, a real estate development company with expertise in the manufacture and use of EPS panels and accessories. With the divestment of shares to CITEC also came the management of the company. Citec has continued to work with the successive administrations in the state to keep the company afloat even though the factory was forced to shut down in 2013. Prior to the factory shutting down its operations, it acquired 50 hectares of land at Irese road, Akure and started the construction of a 620 housing units’ ALPHA 3 D Estate.
With the advent of the current administration of His Excellency, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, Citec was invited to acquire additional 40% stake divested by the state government and put the company back on the path of profitability and employment generation. The management and the current board of directors are determined to advance the fortunes of the company.
The company’s products are Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and wire mesh which when combined, produces wall panels used in housing construction. Its faster, stronger, and relatively cheaper than other non-technology-based housing products.
EPS is also used in the packaging and agriculture industries.
