CONDITIONS: A Non-refundable Application form fee of N10,000 naira only is payable to an account detail to be provided after form submission.

Evidence of payment should be sent to info@alpha3dlimited.com or uploaded via the application process page for confirmation, otherwise, your application would be null and void.

Subject to payment of prescribed Application Fees today,  we will reserve for you, the stated property and shall be held for a period of 14 (fourteen) days by which time part payment must have been made to ALPHA 3D.

In the event of default, by whatsoever means caused, resulting in the full payment not being received by ALPHA 3D, the property shall be forfeited to other willing buyers and refund made, less administrative charges.
