We own and run a fully equipped factory at Akungba Road, Ikare, Ondo State. 

With its modern workshop for the production of building materials at Alpha 3D, we scored a first, being the only real estate development company in Nigeria with such a facility. Apart from accelerating the pace of construction in the estate, the company by its involvement indirect production of components has ensured that its houses remain at a top quality level, it is also thereby helping in the training of manpower for the nation’s building materials manufacturing industry.
